Our coaching staff tracks each player's progress very closely throughout the session with a Player Evaluation exactly like the blank example shown below. This process helps in keeping track of individual needs & placement.

Player Process

• If you would like to receive a copy of your child's evaluation at the end of every session. PLAYERS must fill out the form below.
• Parents can help facilitate this process but answers need to be provided by PLAYERS themselves. 
• Please answer as openly & honestly as possible.
• Central Park's Professional Tennis Staff are the only individuals who will view responses.
• There are no right or wrong answers.
• Once we have player form on file - a copy of their evaluation will be provided to parents electronically at the end of each session.
• If you have already filled out this form once there is no need to fill out again unless something has changed.
