Important Dates:

• Open Enrollment: April 1– May 15, 2018
• Effective Date: June 1, 2018

Implementation Plan:

• Anyone joining Equity waitlist is now governed under the updated bylaws outlining Equity Membership
  • Equity Members under this new dues structure will be given an enrollment period each year to make any changes or adjustments to their fee structure. April 1 – May 15 to be effective June 1.
• No Changes to any of the LOA fees or non-equity membership dues. Anyone approved to LOA and returning to Equity status will adhere to the June 2014 Bylaws and existing dues structure.
• Existing Equity members and those on the waitlist as of 1/31/2018 will be grandfathered into the June 2014 Bylaws and existing dues structure. 
  • No changes to privileges – single members still have 52 guest passes.
  • Existing members may switch between equity classes (Family or Single)  - 1 time per year
  • Existing members will be given an open enrollment period from April 1 to May 15, dues to be effective June 1.  Lowest club number members will have priority to switch to the new equity dues structure. Only 50 memberships per year will be allowed to convert to the equity dues structure.
  • Members who opt for the New Equity Membership shall not be able to revert to any previous membership structure.
• Any special circumstances that fall outside of the enrollment period may come before the Board and decided on a case by case scenario.
