Terms and Conditions

In completing this application for Central Park Tennis Club (“Club” or “CPTC”), it is agreed that I and all persons using the Club under this membership will adhere to the Club by-laws, rules and regulations, as they may be amended from time to time. I further agree (on behalf of all persons associated with this membership (the “users”)) to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Club and it’s agents, employees, instructors, directors, officers, sponsors, and affiliates (the “Releasees”) from any and all claims for injuries, damages, and losses sustained by the users, which arise out of, are connected with, or are in any way associated with the users’ presence on Club premises, the use of the Club’s facilities, equipment or programs, participation in Club activities, or otherwise relating to their membership in the Club, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
