Junior Program: Request Information Form

Summer 2020

In accordance with Safe Start Washington, CPTC is implementing the following changes to the 2020 junior summer program as to operate within the restrictions and limitations on indoor, instructer-led classes during Phase 2 and Phase 3.

  • Summer programs have been reduced in both size and duration.
  • Only four players will be on a court at any one time, plus the instructor
  • All camps will be reduced to 2 hours or less depending on the level and age of the player.

Regardless of King County moving into Phase 3, this will be the format for the summer to maintain safety and lower levels of exposure for players and staff. If Phase 2 has not been activated by July 6 or any week of the summer program, then CPTC will cancel that particular week’s programs and refund class fees.

  • Classes will run July 6th - August 27th
  • Monday - Thursday

  • Monday - Thursday 4:30 - 5:30pm
  • Member $99.0/ Non-member $143.13

Waitlist Members: If space allows, registration opens Monday June 29th

Non Members: If space allows, registration opens Wednesday July 1st

*there will be a service fee for online credit card processing*

Juniors may register for more than one week; however, given the limited spaces in the new format, juniors may not register for more than one class within a single week.  You may let the Tennis Pro know if you are interested in additional classes and will be placed on a waitlist.

If you need to withdraw from a week for which you have already registered, refunds are available per the summer program’s withdrawal policy.  You must contact the tennis pro in charge.

We are requiring a COVID-19 Participant waiver for each participant

Please review our protocols outlining what is required of our staff and of our juniors.  We encourage you to review this with your junior so they are prepared for tennis at CPTC.

All players will be required to arrive and leave CPTC wearing facial coverings but will not be required to wear them during classes.   Players must arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to class time and must leave immediately when class has ended.  The courts and tennis buildings have been set up with separate entries/exits.  Please instruct your junior to follow the directional signs, as well as the social distancing markers on the courts.

Parents will not be allowed on property unless they have a reservation for a court or supervised workout.  Non-member parents will not be allowed to enter the premises.

Juniors must bring their own racquet and filled water bottles.  Hand sanitizer will be available.

Refund Policy: Refund policy for the 2020 Junior Summer Program will follow CPTC’s standard refund policy. There is no pro-rating for missed days.  Full refunds will be issued up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the class.  With less than 1-week prior notice, 50% will be refunded.  There will be no refunds if canceled within 6 days or less.
